I'm James Tosoff, owner of SKILLZ Canada Kids Martial Arts and I'm on a mission to help as many children as I can gain the benefits of increased confidence, focus and physical fitness. In today's world, our kids are bombarded with electronic devices, iPad's, Youtube, video games and so much more that it's robbing them of all the great things that you and I experienced growing up.

Things like life long friendships that were developed through play and sports, and the knowledge of our environments as we explored and learned through peer interaction.
